The rules, in plain language.

Position on the board is decided entirely by cumulative bid amount -- no algorithm, no editorial curation, no manual ranking. The minimum initial bid is $5. You do not need to beat #1 to appear on the board.

Every payment is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge of any kind. The amount you pay is added directly to that listing's cumulative bid total -- it is the rank amount itself, not a separate platform fee on top of it.

Raising an existing listing's bid only charges the incremental difference between its current total and your new target total -- never the full new total again.

If another listing outbids yours, your position may drop, but you are not automatically charged again, and the listing that outbid you is a separate, independent payment made by whoever placed it.

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, a third-party payment processor. OutbidMyAI never receives or stores your card number or full payment details -- we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, its amount, and a reference ID.

Payments are generally final. Being outbid, or another listing taking a higher position, does not entitle you to a refund -- that is the mechanic working as intended, not a malfunction. We do not offer refunds simply because a listing's position changed after payment.

If we remove or hide a listing for violating these terms, any payment already made for that listing is not automatically refunded, though we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You're responsible for what you submit. Don't submit a URL you don't have the right to promote, anything illegal, or direct chat/DM links (these are blocked automatically). We do not verify ownership of a submitted URL before listing it -- anyone can submit or raise the bid on any product, matching how this kind of board is designed to work.

Listing names, taglines, descriptions, and logo images you provide are shown publicly on the board and on that listing's page.

We reserve the right to hide a listing that violates these terms -- spam, illegal content, or anything else clearly out of bounds -- at our discretion, without prior notice. Hiding a listing removes it from the public board; we do not delete its payment history.

OutbidMyAI is provided as-is. We don't guarantee any particular amount of traffic, clicks, or visibility from being listed, we don't guarantee the site will be available without interruption, and we don't guarantee your position will hold -- someone else placing a higher bid is always possible. This is a small, early-stage product, not an enterprise platform with an uptime commitment.

To the extent permitted by law, OutbidMyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to OutbidMyAI in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use OutbidMyAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
